When I run the AL 5x5 10 team numbers, I get an odd result--the program only gives ranks and values for 16 catchers. Obviously, in a 10 team league, I will need values for 20.
Most of the other categories look OK, although there are some odd omissions: for example, Damian Rolls is missing, and he should have minimal but positive value. The problem seems to exist only with marginal players--but at the end of the auction, you are going to get some players about whom reasonable people could reasonably differ. My guess is that guys like Rolls (or marginal catchers like Greg Myers) got eliminated because there are other players who are slightly more valuable who get ranked ahead of them. Position scarcity games, however, may *force* some teams to draft otherwise undraftable players--Travis Lee, for example.
What is going on here? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
