What does "Replacement Salary(?") mean in the custom draft guide? My league has an unlimited free agent move policy and all free agents are $7. what should I select for the custom draft guide given my league's parameters?

You should pick whatever the minimum bid is in your auction. For something on the order of 98% of all leagues, this is probably $1. Some leagues with a $26 budget might be $0.10.
