Best Indicators

I am new to both BaseballHQ, and Ron's Baseball Forecaster . The shear wealth of information can sometimes be a little overwhelming.

I was wondering if it would be possible to get input from some of the more seasoned subscribers as to what the best indicators for forecasting, and analyzing are. I am interested in tips for both Pitchers, and Hitters.
