WOW! I just want to say that while I crinkled my nose at it at first, the Custom Valuator has already made great strides in little time. The addition of the projected BPIs...well, in the words of Kenny Bania of Seinfeld fame--"It's gold , Jerry! Gold! " Great job to the guys @ BBHQ! Keep tweaking this obviously destined-for-glory machine!
