DOM DIS Question

I notice that Edgar Gonzalez (RHP, ARI) is listed in the Playerlinks under PQS as having a 2007 PQS log of DOM: 17%, DIS: 42%, as you can see here:

He has 7 starts, and none of them are 0 or 1 PQS, while two are 4 or 5 PQS.

Is this a misprint, or have we changed the PQS calculations while I wasn't looking?

I realize that the numbers are probably based on 6 starts, but something still seems to be wrong, unless the rules changed.

I think it's counting his relief outings as starts. 2 DOMs in 12 starts would be the 17% DOM. If the relief outings were zeroes, I think that makes the DIS work as well.
