  • HQ Player Statistics Update ?

When will HQ Player Stats (not Projections) begin posting ?

The daily update of HQ stats in 2006 with YTD, L31, L7 and gb/gbout, fb/fbout, ld/ldout data was a great service and huge help for analysis.

      Thanks Ron !
Stats look great, especially that gb/fb/ld data. Very helpful info from HQ.

One error -- in the AL and NL Batters "YTD only" CSV data the "Firstname" column is blank for all players.
The "Firstname" is shown for all players in the Proj+YTD CSV data.
Very helpful if "Firstname" could be added to the YTD only Batter CSV data.

        Firstname should appear by tomorrow.

Thanks for the quick fix on "Firstname" data.

Also, YTD only data for both HTML and CSV is not showing doubles (2b) and triples (3b).
They are shown in both the "Proj" and "Proj + YTD" stats though. In 2006, doubles and triples were also shown for the YTD, L31, and L7 data in the "YTD" only files.

Can you give a specific example of missing doubles and triples? I see them in the YTD pages and CSV's.

The 2b and 3b are transposed within the games by position (c, 1b, 2b, etc.) data.
So the doubles and triples data is correct, just misplaced, and the games by position data for 2b and 3b is missing.

Thanks for bringing these to my attention. Both should be corrected now.
