Why can't I access RotoHQ with my Baseball HQ ID?

I have e-mailed Customer support on this, but gotten no response. I'm a BaseballHQ subscriber, but can't get into RotoHQ.

Is it a separate subscription?

Yes it is. You can access both sites with the same access codes, but you have to have a subscription to RotoHQ to do so. Click on RENEW NOW from the HQ home page to subscribe.

I renewed my subscription the other day and signed up for a Roto HQ subscription as well.

My BBHQ login isn't working for Roto HQ. Suggestions?
