I have a buddy who's trying to join HQ. As far as I know, he's properly filled out all of the fields on the subscribe page, but he continues to not be contacted by anyone from the site.
He signed up on Sunday night, which is certainly long enough to have expected to be all ready to go.
He has contacted HQ customer service, and still not heard back.
If someone from HQ would PM me to get his info from me, I'd greatly appreciate it. I've continually told him how great HQ is, and right now, he's not necessarily seeing it that way.
