I've seen the posts in other locations about avatars but I'm still having a problem with getting mine installed. I've sized the pic appropriately but every time I try to upload I get a message that says "upload of file failed". What am I doing wrong?

I know at one point it didn't like .jpg files but saving to .pgn or .gif worked. Maybe try that? Here are two recent threads where people talked about setting up their avatars.

Not to belabor the obvious...
But make sure you're going into the "Edit Avatar" area and not the "Edit Profile Pictures". Click on "Custom Avatar" and follow instructions.Let every child available for adoption become eligible for adoption..Comment
