Subscriber leagues?

Any thoughts about sponsoring 1 or more subscriber leagues?

If you had an NL only, AL only and a mixed league, you could use them as testing grounds for ideas and concepts as well as possibly a source of examples for columns and analsyis.

I would suggest:
A 12 team NL w/ protects / Auction
A 14 team AL w/ protects / Auction
A 22 team MLB no protects / Draft

Just a thought.

(PS: I'd like to be the first to sign up for the NL only 2004)

We may do this at some point, and in fact, the Rotisserie and Scoresheet Masters Opens could be considered steps in that direction. However, I'm probably going to focus more on features that provide value for the largest number of readers, not just a few dozen. So, these leagues would have to be positioned in such a way as to make them globally interesting, and I'm not sure that is possible. Food for thought...
