Doug's Weekly Planner

Can someone explain to me what the numbers indicate in Doug's weekly planner for 2005 vs 2002-2004:
CLE 58% -7%
What does runs 58% refer to? Are they scoring 58% more runs vs the previous 3 years? That doesn't seem possible?
I read the 2 paragraph intro but it does explain what the table represents. Larry

I believe the %ages refer to runs scored at that park as compared to league average... i.e. games at CLE feature 58% higher scoring than a "neutral" park.

Looks like a fluke, since the park was slightly pitcher-friendly from 2002-04 and I'm not aware of any configuration changes there. Of course, that's why Doug is showing both 2005 and 02-04 data.
