dom/dis and trolling

I have been scouring the buyer guides for the article that ranks opponent teams in order of their liklihood to allowe DOM, or DIS PQS's.. i haven't had much luck.. i did find the "trolling for wins" article which is VERY close.. but i am desparate to find this.. an anyone help?
