I don't know. I did not get the Baseball Forecaster this year, first time since 1999, but I've noticed blanks on the BBHQ player profiles where the Forecaster articles would have been copied. Understandable for minor league players and fringe players, but I'm talking about several years established players. Are the Forecaster write ups just missing or did several players not have them? I can only site right now Mark Leiter but he is not the first I have been surprised to find no write up. Don't take this as a criticism, I'm just trying to find out the whys and wherefores.

Everyone who had a commentary in the book should have it displayed in Playerlink. We're not interested in hiding them from you.
Leiter was not in the book. We're making it a point to try to not include age 30+, average-skilled, non-closer relievers, in favor of guys with more future/possible value.
If you want me to check anyone else, let me know.

That’s going to make for some progressively tougher editorial decisions with the reliever landscape being what it is. I didn’t count them myself but read that a month into the season, 90 relievers have saves. Plus assorted heathens that play Sv+Hld in deep leagues might actually need guys like Leiter.Originally posted by RAY@HQ View PostEveryone who had a commentary in the book should have it displayed in Playerlink.
