Only 2 games and looks like Sears was updated for yesterday's game. Thanks.

He's got stats now. (I need to add a projection.). There was an ID mismatch when we created him, so I think I just need to go back and re-tag him in the articles he was referenced. Will take care of all that this weekend.

He also is not the Mr. Perkins who hosted Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom!"America is an effort. We are a nation born of risk and adversity--of fearful seas to cross just to get here in the first place, of land to clear, floods, epidemic disease, of slave chains and city slums and terrible winters on the high plains." -- David McCullough

I was impressed with his AAA record, so I acquired him when he was first called up, hoping that he would get into the rotation and win some games for me.
Where did you find that news? He just got a three inning save on Saturday, and Jacob Lopez is listed as today's starter. It's hard to imagine that Perkins would be ready for anything today after going three on Saturday.

OnRoto: Lopez / Perkins / Sears
MLB.com: Lopez / TBD / TBD
Fangraphs: Lopez / Ginn / Sears
FWIW, I agree with you: it seems very unlikely that Perkins would start Monday (or even Tuesday) given that he pitched 3 innings on Saturday.
EDIT 1: Severino, Lopez, Sears, and Springs have been mainstays in the A's rotation recently. Mitch Spence has been the other guy for a few turns, but hasn't looked too good. Maybe Tuesday is a planned bullpen game?
EDIT 2: These last 3 posts aren't really "Editorial Help Line" items. Maybe move them to "American League Player Info"?Last edited by Timmeh49; 07-21-2025, 12:35 PM.* 10-team AL-only, auction ($260 budget), 2 yr contracts wi/toppers, max 13 freezes, $100 FAAB with weekly auctions, 4x4 with hybrid categories
