So, is there a global adjustment on the way (or already here) to account for the addition of the dh to the NL? Would seem likely that in a mixed league context this change would generally devalue NL pitchers so unless that rule change has already been assumed it would seem that some significant changes would be needed now.

Yup, already done. Current projections already reflect this.
