YTD + PROJ vs individual player rest of season

What is the difference between rest of season projections in stats and tools spreadsheet vs individual player page? EX: Myles Straw in stats and tools has a $-3 in stats and tools but $11 on individual player page for rest of season projections

Player link is AL-only or NL-only value depending on the league the player is in. The stat file values depend on which file you open.
