I ran a spreadsheet with the newest projections that showed the current 5X5 dollar value and the projected dollar values. Scott Rolen is currently -6 dollars with a projected of 30 which means he is +36 for the remainder of the year. Arod is 17 currently with a projected of 32 which means he is +15 for the remainder of the year. Does this mean Scott Rolen is more valuable than Arod for the remainder of the year? Of course this fits with every player, I just used these two as an example. Any thoughts on this? Thanks

The projected dollar values reflect only the future games, and represent what a player will be worth compared to other players. In other words, Scott Rolen is not projected to finish at $30 -- he's projected to be a $30 player from here on out. His end-of-year value would thus net out to under $30 when you take his slow start into consideration.
So, ARod is projected to be $2 more valuable than Rolen for the balance of the season.
