Data Archives?

Trying to locate the data archive.... The 2005 On Deck Page describes it, but I can't locate it....

Data
Ballpark Tendencies: Graphical chart that shows each stadium's effect on different elements of batting and pitching. Includes early estimates for new ballparks.
Data Library: Archive of past-seasons' statistics files.
Draft Archives: Links to the past-seasons' fantasy draft prep information

Someone point me to the right link... I expect I'm looking past the link on the navigation menu... if it were a snake....
