Custom draft guide errors

I just printed up a custom draft grid from the custom valuator and couldn't help but notice the absence of Albert Pujols. Why did this happen? Who else is missing? Help, thanks.

As noted at the top of the home page, we are aware that $50-plus players are being dropped from the grid and are working to fix it.
