PQS DOM/DIS data

I found the "whole PQS" file for 2004, is the same available for previous years? Alternately, are the Dom/Dis% for pitchers listed somewhere for past years?

Follow this link and go all the way to the bottom of the page. The logs you will find there go all the way back to 1999, but I think the DOM/DIS data is only included starting in 2002. Is this what you're after?
