Why is his reliability a 13? Is that an error?

Not at all. Reliability is based on consistency of playing time and performance. The huge leap in performance from 2003-2004 significantly cut into his reliability score. Essentially, a score of 13 says, given what he did in 2003 and 2004, do we REALLY know what he is likely to do in 2005? We can make assumptions, but it is likely that no season stat line he's posted up until now is a true indicator of what his 2005 output will be. Therefore, his past is an unreliable indicator of his future.
