Hi David,
Annual renewing orders have access to it now; link is on the home page (under HQ Now). One-time orders (which is you) don't get PDF until early January.
Send an email to support@baseballhq.com if you want to be converted to annual renewal. No charge, just check a different box and you get the PDF immediately.
