The deadline to play the games is the last day of the month. Games may be scheduled at any time during that month so there is a TON of flexibility. Games are normally played after the kids go to bed (10 or 11pm) or during the days on weekends. However, games can get played during a week day or early evening. There is no set time. It just depends on when you and the other manager can get together to play.

You average about two series a week. That means one series this week and three series next week works as well OR no series this week or next week because of vacation or sick or whatever and then eight series in the final two weeks of a month. Lots of flexibility. Lots of fun.
