    Hi I just renewed with the Annual Auto-Renew Subscription, and have received a confirmation email (I also ordered two books.) However when I try to log in is says "Unpaid". I then went in and reedited my credit card, but no change. Any help would be appreciated. I tried the 1-800 number but no one answered.

    If you just inputted the card today, your status should change by tomorrow. We process all the charges for the day in batch overnight. Post back here tomorrow if the status hasn't changed.

      The status has not changed. I went online with my credit card and I see your fee.

                Got the real answer now: you did a new order through the shopping cart, rather than just updating your CC info so we could process you as a renewal. That's fine, you're all set... but the system is still noticing you haven't renewed your "old" subscription. That'll go away soon, it's ok to ignore. You're all set.
