We have a brand new dynasty league with a few openings. It's a head to head league on CBS.
You'll have a 25 man active roster with 21 starters & 4 reserves, a 40 man roster & a 40 man minor league roster.
The draft will be split into three phases. Phase 1 will be up to a 40 round draft of players with less than 6 years service time. Any players with less than 3 years service time will be assigned a salary of .50. Any players with more than three years service time will be assigned a one year contract equal to their real life salary divided by 1 million. This is a slow draft that will be done through email.
Phase 2 will be an auction for veteran players & any players not drafted in Phase 1. The auctions will be conducted on Zetaboards.
Phase 3 will be a 40 man minor league draft. This is also a slow draft that will be done through email.
The real unique feature of this league is that your entry fee is your teams payroll. If you put your team together & your payroll is $50, that is your entry fee. If you want to go the Dodgers or Yankees route & spend $200, you can do that too. We will have a salary cap for the upcoming season of $250. This is based on 110% of the top payroll in baseball last season.

home runs
Extra Bases (doubles plus triples plus stolen bases minus caught stealing x 2)
Run average
Quality starts
Bullpen (reliever appearances x .5 + holds + saves - (blown saves x 2) - (relief losses x 2)
