Problem Accessing One Forum

For the last week or so ( not sure the exact time ) if I click on Rules & Strategy: Rotissere all that comes up are 3 posts dating back to 2011......but on the main page opposite forum's name there is a post from 5/18.....if I click on that I go to that post.
Wondering why I have this problem.
