When you have some time to sit down and mess with Excel, there's an Excel primer archived under the "Research and Analysis" section that gives a great tour of these kinds of Excel functions. Very handy tutorial.

You'd have to download the 2008 final stats from the Stats and Projections page, and run the same filters as the reports do.

Is there any way to view the 2008 year-end data for the "top skills" sheets located on the Buyer's Guides pages?
