Draft Guide...HR given up?

I play in a points league where we lose 3pts for every HR given up. Any way to do this on the Custom Draft Guide?

League 1 : Scoresheet, 20 team BL, contracts, continuing (21 keepers + 20 minor leaguers)

Can't promise when, but shouldn't be a big problem.
