I've been having trouble with Mack, for the past couple of weeks. I posted the difficulties in HQ Help, and I've sent lots of e mails to tech support & Mack support.
Most recently, Andy Pettitte was removed from the player population.
Problem still isn't fixed and I've yet to get an e mail response - and I've been sending them for 2 weeks!
...not my idea of Customer Service.
