I can guarantee they'll be at 100% by Opening Day. Some may be sooner, as you're seeing. Some may take longer until the situation resolves. Ask the Padres who they're going to keep at catcher, that might speed things along.

Ray - Most of your teams/positions are allocated somewhat close to 100%. Oh sure some are off by 10-20% but under the catchers for San Diego you still have them allocated for 175% which seems way too high at this point. You have Alfaro at 50%; Nola at 60%; Campusano at 30%; Caratini at 30% and Rivas at 5%. When do you think you might have them closer to the intended 100% for catchers on the team? Thank you

Anyway, I just put him back on LA, which basically solves the problem (as of tomorrow AM).

No, wins aren't projected as part of team totals. Just saves and holds.

So the site will let you project every other category for free agents except saves? Aren't Wins also calculated as a percentage of the team total ? He is projected for 4 wins.

You can manually override him in Rotolab. I can't get Saves on him here on our site unless I put him on an MLB team.

Yeah, I mostly wanted to point out that the analysts weren't necessarily saying, e.g., "well, we know that someone has to play 1B, I guess I'll ramp up Arcia and Tromp because I don't have any better ideas." Overprojecting is typical at this point; underprojecting is atypical, but totally understandable in 2022.

Yeah, we're changing a ton on the fly here, thanks for bearing with us. Trying to use logic as we can, ie if Freeman doesn't return to ATL, it stands to reason that his replacement isn't there yet either.
