Rotolab gives you the Forecaster blurb -- which also appears on the PlayerLink page. Providing all of the other news and notes in a downloadable form is problematic.

I signed up for HQ last July so this will be my first draft with HQ knowledge. I'm trying to create my own draft program in Excel and was wondering if any of the files provided by HQ include the player notes?

They're not the most important piece of information but it would be a "nice to have" at the draft.
