Using the Baseball HQ Custom Draft Guide, we have the option to put in our offensive budget to be used on creating a team. The default is 66%, and that usually has been the ideal split. These days we have juiced balls, and HR's being hit like never before. Should the budget be changed to reflect a stronger pitching core, or does the 66% still hold true even in the juiced ball era? Thanks!
