I'm trying to find the formula for xERA. My apologies if I missed it on the site. I know there are some season-specific constants and a normalization factor in the the formula. Where can I find those constants and normalization factors?

Thanks in advance,

Since the new HQ site rolled out, login timeouts seem to have been decreased to about 1-2 weeks. This seems unnecessarily short compared to industry standards - in fact, I don't think the "old HQ" even had login timeouts at all.

It can be frustrating having to remember the password, especially for RotoPass users where we have to remember a cryptic password that we can't choose ourselves. Worse, the login form doesn't play well with the "remember password" function on certain browsers (notably Safari, both desktop and iOS), and typing the password (alternating numbers and letters) is a pain on a mobile device.

Hi Ray .... I have been using the Pickemfirst.com plugin for about 3 years now and cant imagine playing Rotisserie without it anymore. In my perfect world, HQ would buy/partner with Pickemfirst to embed their technology into the HQ MACK. I can and do use Pickemfirst with MACK reports output today, but its not very clean as I have to run reports for every player and not just Free Agents in my league Im researching. I know this is a pretty far fetched request, but if HQ cant create a partnership you could just do like the cell phone companies and steal the technology :)
